Today we have “Simple Homemade Solyanka” on our menu. I cooked it with chicken broth; I always have it in the refrigerator. Along with the sausages I used two types of smoked sausages. Boil the potatoes until tender, add tomato frying with cucumbers. After boiling, I cooked everything together for about 10 minutes, and at the very end I added hot dogs and chopped olives to the hodgepodge. I kept it on the fire for a couple of minutes, and then added green young onions and lemon slices. For aroma I used bay leaf and ground black pepper. After the finished hodgepodge had been brewing for a while, it became much richer and tastier! Thank you very much for the recipe! It was delicious for us!
