I prepared a delicious dish for the first course: a simple classic solyanka with sausage without meat! It's easy and quick to prepare! I cut the potatoes into medium cubes, finely chopped the onion, and cut the cucumbers into small cubes. I also cut the boiled and smoked sausage into cubes. I didn’t use olives. While the potatoes were cooking, I fried the onions. Then I added sausage and tomato paste and fried everything together. I added it to the potatoes, salted it and let it all simmer a little. At the end I sprinkled with chopped dill. It turned out delicious! Thanks to the author for the recipe and I recommend it for cooking 😘
