I absolutely love these quick scones for tea! They turned out very tasty and didn't take long to cook. I added vegetable oil to the dough, not butter, and it took me half a cup more flour than the author. Divided the dough into 8 parts and rolled out the cakes thinner. I fried it, periodically adding oil to the pan. The flatbreads turned out great! Everyone liked it very much, and my son asked him to make these for school now. Thanks for the recipe!

nasstin, what delicious flatbreads! mmm... An alternative to bread, good with soup or just with sour cream on top. The music in the video is amazing, I’ve already listened to it seven times, so I’ve learned how the flatbreads are made by heart. Thank you very much for the recipe!

An interesting option, I’ll take note...I saw it and just thought...”...and I bake these,” but no, the composition is a little different, and most importantly, the flatbread is formed on the table, and then on the frying pan.....very interesting. I’ve just learned about the video so far, but maybe my Internet will allow me to watch it by nightfall. Well, I really want to, especially after Ira’s comment. Thanks for the recipe!
