Simple flatbreads made with kefir and butter without yeast

Using a rolling pin, transfer to a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. If you have a frying pan with a good non-stick coating, then you can successfully do without oil

Fry until golden brown, then turn over and finish frying on the other side. These flatbreads fry very quickly - literally 2-3 minutes on each side.
