Simple cookies made with butter and egg yolks

A delicious treat for the whole family, also suitable for any table! When I made these cookies for the first time, I didn’t even think that I would get a recipe for wonderful and light cookies for the rest of my life. I had 3 yolks left and I didn’t know where to find a use for them, if you have the same situation, then these cookies are just for you! Very tasty, very quick to prepare.

If you want chocolate cookies, I added 1 tsp to half the mixture. without a slide of cocoa, for the whole mass 2 tsp. :)

LINA, “amazing, how delicious” - the words of my son. Wonderful cookies! I sometimes have the same problem with leftover yolks. Your recipe is just a find. I think I will bake these cookies not only to save the yolks. The whites are in Meringue (we also love it very much), the yolks are in these delicious cookies. There wasn't enough sesame seeds, so I sprinkled it with poppy seeds. It is very tender, crumbly, moderately sweet. One “disadvantage” is that it gets eaten very quickly and there won’t be any left for my morning coffee. THANK YOU!!!
