STEP 1
How to make battered shrimp in a frying pan at home? It's very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace king prawns with any other type of shrimp to your taste. It is better to put the water in the refrigerator in advance so that the water is ice cold.
STEP 2
Remove the head and shell from the shrimp. Leave the tail. It makes it convenient to dip shrimp in batter. Make an incision on the back and remove the dark vein. Rinse the shrimp again and dry. If the shrimp are frozen, defrost them first on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

How to make deep-fried shrimp batter? Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt and ground pepper.

Pour in ice water, add the yolk. Stir the batter with a whisk until smooth. The dough should be thick.
