Add baking powder and mix well.

Now it’s the turn of sour cream - add and mix. If you don’t have sour cream, add cream, if you don’t have that, you can add mayonnaise - it will also be very tasty))

We extinguish the soda with vinegar, add it to the dough, add vanilla sugar to taste and mix everything well.
STEP 8
Now you need to add the washed raisins. Mix.
STEP 9
Now it's the flour's turn. It is advisable to sift it. You need to add enough so that the dough is not liquid, but not thick.

Mix well.
STEP 11
The dough should very slowly “slide” off the spoon or spatula.
STEP 12
Now pour the finished dough into molds. If you bake in silicone ones, you don’t need to grease them; if you bake in iron ones, you need to grease the bottom and walls. I love baking cupcakes in “paper liners” - they’re beautiful and convenient. Pour 2/3 of the dough into each mold. Place in a preheated oven and watch - as soon as the middle has risen, reduce the temperature by 180 degrees and bake until done. Be guided by your ovens.
