STEP 1

How to make shortbread pie on margarine with apple-protein filling? We separate the whites from the yolks. We put the whites in the refrigerator. Pour 100 grams of sugar into the yolks and mash everything thoroughly with a fork.

Grate margarine into the mixture of yolks and sugar on a coarse grater (for this it must be very well cooled). Grind everything well with a fork.
STEP 3

Add sifted flour and mixed with baking powder. Mix the dough. It should be soft and smooth and should not stick to your hands.
STEP 4

Separate 1/3 of the dough, roll into a ball, wrap in film (bag) and freeze for 30 minutes. Roll the second part of the dough into a ball, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk or mixer until they form a thick, stable foam. While beating, add 100 grams of sugar little by little.

Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater, sprinkle with cinnamon.

To do this, take a large ball of dough, place it in a round baking dish (preferably springform), lightly greased, and knead it into a flat cake with your hands. Prick the cake with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

Place the filling on the base.

Take a small ball of dough out of the freezer and grate it on top of the filling using a coarse grater.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until browned and completely cooked. I baked it for about 40 minutes.
