First you need to grind the ghee until elastic; of course, it will be easier to do this with a mixer. Rub for about 20 minutes (I had enough patience for 10 minutes).

Then mix in the egg, powdered sugar, and vanillin.
STEP 4
Gradually add flour. Do not add it all at once, as too much flour will prevent you from forming the cookies. Constantly try to squeeze the dough in your hand, it should stick well, although cracks characteristic of cookies will appear. Make round cookies.
STEP 5
Line a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper. Lay out the cookies. I made small ones, about 5-6 cm in diameter, I got 24 pieces. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Test for doneness; if you overcook, they will turn out hard. They shouldn't be brown.
STEP 6
Sprinkle the finished shaker chureki with powdered sugar. I didn’t add any sprinkles because they have enough sweetness for me. Enjoy your tea.
