STEP 1
How to bake sea bass with potatoes? Let's defrost the carcasses, if you're not lucky enough to buy sea bass fresh, and start cleaning the scales. Here both the knife and various accessories are good. I use a foil baking dish, but if you don't have one. You can just use foil.

Let's gut the fish inside, not forgetting about the unpleasant black film inside. After cleaning them, rinse them under the tap.

Having blotted the fish with a napkin or towel, let's listen to the advice of famous chefs and make cuts with a sharp knife. Let their depth be up to 5 mm (no more, otherwise the fish will look ugly), and their length depending on the width of the carcass (from edge to edge, but leaving 1 cm). The main thing is that the fish then looks appetizing. After all, a whole carcass can lose its appearance due to high temperature.
STEP 4
Let's turn on the oven. We need to heat it to 180 degrees. Season the fish with salt and spices. Then, let them soak in this marinade and brush with vegetable oil.
STEP 5
While the fish is marinating for about 10 minutes and the oven is heating up, prepare the side dish. I had potatoes, which I cut into strips.

There was also a tomato, cut into thin slices.

Well, and bell pepper, I also chopped it into strips.
STEP 8
After seasoning the surface of the mold with oil, I placed the fish carcasses into it. And she surrounded them with vegetables, also flavoring them with spices and oil.

To make the perch juicier, I immediately covered the pan with foil and put it in the oven.
STEP 10
After 45 minutes I was already enjoying this deliciousness. The dinner turned out to be balanced and restaurant-style, delicious and beautiful.
