Delicious and aromatic soup with pork and sauerkraut! A culinary recipe with the funny name “Sauerkraut Cabbage” reminded me personally of one of the soups of French cuisine, which I love very much. Actually, that’s why I took it up one fine day. The sour taste of this soup (or better yet, cabbage soup) will appeal to many, I’m sure of that. And this food is prepared quite quickly, without unnecessary tricks.

Here is my cabbage plant. Only I used the meat not as a whole piece, but cut into portions. There simply wasn’t anything else, but I really wanted to cook the soup. My son and I ate a plate right in the evening. Yummy!!!!
