STEP 1

How to make sandwiches with red fish and cucumber? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of a regular loaf, you can use a wheat baguette. You can replace cottage cheese with processed cream cheese without additives or other cheeses such as mozzarella or feta.
STEP 2

Cut salmon or other red fish into thin slices. I used fish that had already been sliced, which saved myself time. If you are using a whole piece of salted fish, then for ease of slicing, it is better to freeze it first.
STEP 3

Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut into thin slices. The peel, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off. I didn't cut off the skin.
STEP 4

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
STEP 5

Combine the cream cheese with garlic and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6

Spread slices of white bread with cottage cheese and garlic. If desired, you can pre-dry the bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. But in this case, the bread will definitely need to be cooled to room temperature, otherwise the cheese will float on the warm bread.
STEP 7

Place cucumber slices on one side of the loaf

On the other side of the bread, distribute the salmon slices.
STEP 9

Decorate each sandwich with herbs. Mine is parsley. Then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Immediately serve sandwiches with salmon and cucumbers to the table. Bon appetit!
