How to make sandwiches with red fish and cucumber? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of a regular loaf, you can use a wheat baguette. You can replace cottage cheese with processed cream cheese without additives or other cheeses such as mozzarella or feta.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut salmon or other red fish into thin slices. I used fish that had already been sliced, which saved myself time. If you are using a whole piece of salted fish, then for ease of slicing, it is better to freeze it first.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut into thin slices. The peel, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off. I didn't cut off the skin.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Combine the cream cheese with garlic and mix thoroughly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Spread slices of white bread with cottage cheese and garlic. If desired, you can pre-dry the bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. But in this case, the bread will definitely need to be cooled to room temperature, otherwise the cheese will float on the warm bread.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place cucumber slices on one side of the loaf

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

On the other side of the bread, distribute the salmon slices.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Decorate each sandwich with herbs. Mine is parsley. Then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Immediately serve sandwiches with salmon and cucumbers to the table. Bon appetit!

I still had a few pieces of salted red fish left, and I kept wondering where to use them. I looked through the recipes on the site and found a wonderful recipe for sandwiches with red fish and cucumber. These are simply divine sandwiches! What was unusual for me was the addition of garlic to the curd cheese. This is a very good decision; the delicate garlic tint was very welcome. It’s just a pity that I didn’t have pomegranate seeds, I think it would have been a very tasty combination. But anyway, the recipe is wonderful! I will definitely repeat it.

I made red fish and cucumber sandwiches for breakfast using this recipe. I used lightly salted salmon for cooking. Instead of cream cheese, I used processed cream cheese. First, I rubbed the slices of bread with garlic, then spread them with melted cheese. I cut lightly cured salmon and cucumber into thin slices. I placed cucumbers on one edge of the bread and pieces of salmon on the other. Garnished the sandwiches with parsley leaves and sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper. It turned out very beautiful and fragrant. The salmon sandwiches turned out very tasty, filling and original. The cheese adds an interesting taste. The cucumber is crunchy, the salmon is tender, and the garlic adds an unusual twist to the sandwiches. All ingredients combine perfectly. Great recipe! Great sandwiches. Many thanks to the author 😊
