Samsa with minced meat, thyme and thyme

STEP 1

Sift the flour into a bowl. Shake the egg with 200 ml of water. and a pinch of salt. Knead a not very stiff dough, cover with cling film and let the dough stand for 1 hour.
STEP 2

During this time we prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper, add spices and 100 ml. water.
STEP 3

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and grease with butter. Roll it up and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
STEP 4

Cut the roll into pieces of about 50 grams and roll out thin flat cakes. Place the filling on each flatbread and seal it in the shape of a triangle.
STEP 5

Place the samsa on a baking tray lined with baking paper, seam side down. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
STEP 6
