Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
Grind the meat through a meat grinder.
STEP 2
Finely chop the onion.
STEP 3
Salt, pepper and knead the minced meat well.
STEP 4
Grate the chilled margarine and mix with sifted flour.
STEP 5
Rub with your hands
STEP 6
Beat kefir with eggs, add flour and margarine.
STEP 7
Lastly, add baking soda, vinegar and salt.
STEP 8
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Make a sausage from the dough.

Cut into small pieces.

Then form balls the size of small apples.

Roll each ball into a thin flat cake. Place minced meat in the middle of each flatbread.

Carefully pinch the edges.

Place the finished samushki on a greased baking sheet and brush them with beaten yolks.
