    Place the boiled mushrooms in a colander and rinse them well with running water.

    We weigh the boiled mushrooms on a scale to calculate the required amount of salt for pickling, which will need fifty grams per kilogram of mushrooms.

    We put the weighed mushrooms in a saucepan, into which one liter of water was previously poured, put it on the stove and bring to a boil, after which we cook them again for five minutes.
