STEP 1

How to make trout salad in a glass? Prepare the ingredients for the salad. There are many different recipes for salads with lightly salted trout. This fish goes well with many foods, such as cheeses, cooked vegetables, fresh herbs, oranges and much more. Everyone can choose a recipe to suit their taste.
STEP 2

Wash the potatoes and carrots, boil the vegetables in their skins. You need to cook vegetables for about 25-30 minutes over medium heat. Check doneness with a knife or fork. We check readiness - pierce them with a fork, if the vegetables are soft, then it’s enough to cook. Drain the water from the pan and let cool. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
STEP 3

Cut the boiled carrots into cubes of the same size. If desired, you can grate the vegetables if you want to make the salad flaky.
STEP 4

Wash chicken eggs with soap to avoid the penetration of pathogenic microbes into the eggs through the shell. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water and cook hard-boiled over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Immediately drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. This method will help you quickly peel them. Peel the boiled chicken eggs and finely chop them with a knife or grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Lightly salted trout, if the carcass was whole, remove skin and bones, and cut the meat into small cubes.
STEP 6

Combine all ingredients in a deep salad bowl, season with mayonnaise. Mix well. There is no need to salt the salad; mayonnaise and fish provide enough salt to the dish. If the ingredients were grated, but they need to be laid out in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Arrange the salad among glasses, glasses or bowls (or leave it in a large salad bowl). Sprinkle the salad with grated hard cheese and fresh herbs on top of the salad. Let the salad stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and serve. Bon appetit!
