    How to make a salad with shrimp and cheese? Prepare all the necessary products. You can take frozen or ready-marinated shrimp. I had shrimp in hot oil with spices. If you have frozen seafood, then remove it from the chamber, rinse and boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Next, cool and remove the shell. You can sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice and sprinkle with spices, or leave them as is.

    Rinse the lettuce leaves and blot with paper napkins to remove excess water. For such salads, I usually use a mix of leaves, but you can use just one type. Iceberg, romaine, spinach, lettuce, corn, frisse or lollo rosso are great options. So, place the salad in a deep bowl.

    Rinse cherry tomatoes and cucumber and dry. Instead of cherry tomatoes, it is permissible to use a couple of regular tomatoes. If the cucumber has rough skin, it should be cut off. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber randomly, not too coarsely.

    Wash the bell pepper and cut into thin strips. To make the salad look as bright and appetizing as possible, I use peppers of different colors. Add all ingredients to a salad bowl.

    Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Place shrimp and onions on top of all the ingredients.

    Next comes the turn of soft pickled cheese. Add it to the salad. Drizzle vegetable or olive oil on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Garnish the finished salad with a few sprigs of parsley or dill. Salad ready!

    Before serving, thoroughly mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
