I would never have thought that red caviar could be used as an ingredient in a salad. It turned out that it is possible, and the result is very interesting. Salad with red caviar is prepared simply and quite quickly. Red caviar is the only unusual ingredient in this salad. All other products are quite publicly available. I didn’t layer the salad, I just mixed all the ingredients. The salad tastes like Olivier. I didn’t feel the bright taste of caviar.
