  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a salad with canned beans and croutons? Prepare your ingredients. The beans used are canned, but if you wish, you can take fresh ones and boil them yourself in advance. Rye crackers are better suited, without any additives. You can also make them yourself.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Drain the beans in a colander, then rinse with water. Leave it to dry in a colander.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place canned beans, cucumbers and croutons in a salad bowl. If you are not going to serve the salad right away, then it is better to add croutons to it just before serving, otherwise they will get soggy and the salad will lose all its crispness.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Salt the salad to taste and season with sour cream. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, but then the calorie content of the salad will increase.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix everything. Garnish the finished salad with a sprig of dill and serve. Bon appetit!

Nutritious, healthy and self-sufficient salad. I also recommend this option with canned corn.

This recipe helped me a lot. It was urgent to prepare the salad for the arrival of guests. It’s good that I had beans and crackers in stock) I washed the beans with boiled water and let them dry. My crackers tasted like smoked sausage. By the way, with the help of croutons you can adjust the taste of the salad! I think the taste of cheese, bacon or jellied meat with mustard would go well here. The cucumber was fresh, the garden is still bearing fruit) I took celery leaves from the greens, they have a spicy aroma and a sour taste. Seasoned a little more with freshly ground pepper. All products complement each other perfectly. And the sour cream tied it all together. I don't think mayonnaise would go well with this salad. There are already enough flavors. We all really liked the salad, we tried it right away, we had to make a double portion) Thanks for the recipe!
