STEP 1

How to make a salad with raisins and sour cream? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. If desired, sour cream can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt, which will make the salad less high in calories. Or, conversely, condensed milk, which children adore, then there is no need to add honey, otherwise it will be too sweet. Honey should also not be added to those with allergies. You can add a little sugar instead of honey, but it will be sweet without it thanks to the raisins.
STEP 2

Rinse the raisins, changing the water several times, and pour boiling water over them, leave for 5 minutes so that the raisins steam. Drain the water and dry the raisins with a paper towel.
STEP 3

It is better to use fresh and juicy carrots, they are more tasty and contain more vitamins. Wash and peel the vegetable (if the carrots are just from the garden, you don’t have to peel them, just rub them with a coarse brush to remove dirt; most of the vitamins are in the carrot skin. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
STEP 4

Walnuts (if they were purchased shelled, rinse and dry) finely chop with a knife or chop in another convenient way; you should not grind them into dust, the nuts should be felt in this salad.

Add raisins to the bowl with carrots.

Send walnuts, honey and sour cream there, the product can be used with any fat content, but it is better to use thick sour cream so that it does not spread in the salad. Stir.
