Since childhood, everyone gathered in my grandmother’s kitchen - warmth, laughter and the aromas of home-cooked food created a cosiness that I still remember. Saving pies, spicy soups and potatoes with mushrooms - each dish radiated love and care. During my travels, I discovered amazing worlds of tastes: the hot spices of the East, the freshness of Italian herbs, the tranquility of Japanese cuisine. I want to share this joy! Cooking is simple and accessible, and I strive to show that anyone can create a cozy feast in their own kitchen.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
