Today I made a COCONUT CAKE WITH BERRIES, I used blueberries from the berries, baked the cake in a slow cooker, on the baking function for 90 minutes, the cake turned out excellent, airy, moderately sweet. Thanks for the recipe Another delicious cupcake is made using this recipe, bon appetit

Even without berries - a wonderful coconut muffin! The berries are now only frozen, I was afraid to put them in the dough. The recipe doesn’t say anything which berries to use. Although, previous users prepared this cupcake in February (I just noticed it now), and the berries were obviously frozen. And judging by the comments, they turned out to be an excellent cupcake. Next time I'll make it with berries. I just don’t know if they need to be defrosted. Please clarify. Thanks for the recipe!!!
