I prepared a salad with raisins, walnuts and beets. I boiled the beets the day before, so I made the salad very quickly. While the nuts were roasting, I soaked raisins in boiling water, grated beets and cheese, prepared a dressing (I used refined sunflower oil instead of olive oil), mixed all the ingredients and got a juicy, vitamin-packed, appetizing, delicious salad!!!
