Sometimes you want to crunch on fresh vegetables. For this case, there are a lot of recipes and one of them is a recipe for salad with radish and carrots. To prepare the salad, I used Japanese radish (or daikon) and carrots. After peeling the vegetables, poured cold water over them and left for 30 minutes. At this time, I peeled and grated the garlic and chopped the parsley, which I used instead of dill. Then I took the vegetables out of the water, grated them on a coarse grater, added garlic, parsley, mayonnaise and salt. It is necessary to note the refreshing taste of the salad, the piquancy that the fragrant garlic gives to the salad. The version with daikon is more delicate, since it lacks the bitterness and harshness of radish, because daikon contains almost no mustard oils and has a more delicate taste.
