    How to make a salad with vegetables and pumpkin seeds? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. You can use any salad leaves of your choice, be it Iceberg, Romaine, Frisse, arugula, spinach, etc. Cheese can also be different: feta, feta cheese, mozzarella or suluguni.

    Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry with paper napkins. There should be no excess water left on the leaves. Place them on a flat wide plate or in a deep salad bowl. For a beautiful presentation, I usually put the salad on a plate or small tray.

    Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin semicircles or circles. Add to lettuce leaves.

    Peel the onion. Rinse the tomatoes and onions under running water. For vegetable salads, it is better to use red onion, shallot or white lettuce. These varieties have a milder taste and complement fresh vegetables perfectly. I took cherry tomatoes, they are sweetish and great for such salads. So, cut the onion into thin half rings or feathers, and the tomatoes into small slices and place in a salad bowl.

    Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to all ingredients. Use pumpkin seeds as they are or pre-dry them in a frying pan. Sprinkle them over the salad.
