STEP 1
How to make a salad with peas, corn and eggs? Prepare your ingredients. Choose good quality corn and peas - they play a major role and the taste of the salad depends on them. Boil the eggs first. You can use homemade mayonnaise.
STEP 2
Take a deep dish or salad bowl. Carefully open the can of canned peas and drain the liquid. Place the required amount of peas in a salad bowl.
STEP 3
Also open the can of canned corn and drain the liquid. Add the required amount of corn to the peas.
STEP 4
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them, cut off the ends. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Add them to the salad bowl.
STEP 5
Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the eggs and cut into cubes like cucumbers. Add to previously prepared ingredients.
STEP 6
Wash the green onions, dry and finely chop. Add to salad.
STEP 7
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt to taste and mix.
STEP 8
You can serve the salad immediately after preparation. It will go well with boiled and fried potatoes or mashed potatoes.
