It is better to take oranges that are sweet, with a slight sourness. Feta can be replaced with any soft cheese, and instead of balsamic vinegar, you can use wine vinegar or just add a little orange juice.

    Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken fillet over medium heat on both sides until cooked (about 5 minutes on each side), add salt and pepper to taste. Leave the finished fillet to cool.

    Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them with your hands onto a flat plate for serving. It is important to do this with your hands, since contact with metal will quickly wither the greenery and lose its attractive appearance.
