STEP 1

How to make a salad with mushrooms and cucumber? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs in advance and add cold water to help them cool faster. Take one large cucumber or two small ones. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, but then the calorie content of the dish will change, keep this in mind.
STEP 2

Gently wipe the champignons with a wet sponge. There is no need to wet them too much with water - once saturated with moisture, the mushrooms become watery and tasteless. Pat them dry with paper towels and cut into quarters. In general, the method of cutting this salad can be different - both small and large, choose according to your taste.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Fry them, stirring, for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Leave to cool.
STEP 4

Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends. Be sure to try to see if the cucumber is bitter - such a fruit will ruin the taste of the salad. Cut it into pieces about the same size as the mushrooms. The salad will look beautiful and neat if all the ingredients are cut into pieces of the same size and shape.

Peel and cut the cooled eggs in the same way as other ingredients.

Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add sour cream, salt. Stir and serve.
