    Boil the eggs in advance. Place them in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller.

For dinner I decided to make a hearty salad with meat and corn. For a richer and more piquant taste, the pork meat cut into strips was kept in soy sauce for some time before frying (about half an hour), then the meat was fried for about 5 minutes, the onion was added, and the onion was fried together until the onion was soft (I did not add salt, since the meat was marinated in soy sauce). To the cooled meat and onions, I added corn, chopped boiled eggs, dressed the salad with mayonnaise, and added ground black pepper. The salad is very filling and tasty. We enjoyed our dinner!
