STEP 1
How to make a salad with meat and corn? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat for the salad - pork, beef, chicken, turkey. I will cook from pork meat. Choose boneless meat with minimal fat. Corn can be taken canned, fresh or boiled.
STEP 2
Boil the eggs in advance. Place them in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.
STEP 3
Cut the meat into thin strips.
STEP 4
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller.
STEP 5
To fry, heat the frying pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. Read about how to choose the ideal frying pan, as well as how to choose the right vegetable oil in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe. Place the chopped meat and fry it for 5-7 minutes. It will start to brown.
STEP 6
Add onion to the meat. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes soft. Add salt and spices to taste.
STEP 7
Remove the fried meat from the pan and cool.
STEP 8
Cut the boiled eggs into strips or in another convenient way and place in a bowl with the meat.
STEP 9
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and add it to the salad.
STEP 10
Season all ingredients with mayonnaise and mix. Cool the salad a little in the refrigerator.
STEP 11
Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
