I’ve been looking for a salad with a “twist” for a long time and came across a recipe for a salad with grapefruit, chicken and avocado. The decision to cook it was made within a minute. Baked chicken, cut avocado into slices. I decided to pour boiling water over the red onion, cut into half rings, so that there would be no bitterness. Peeled the grapefruit and cut it into small pieces. Dressed with a sauce of olive oil, grapefruit juice, Dijon mustard, honey and spices. The combination of all these ingredients is ideal, there is nothing superfluous.
