  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I took large eggs. If you are using small ones, take 5 pieces. You can replace the chicken with any other meat, sausage or ham. I use peanuts, you can use walnuts.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil the fillet or bake it in the oven in foil. You can also use smoked chicken instead of fresh chicken.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the chicken and fry, stirring, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the chicken pieces. You can fry a whole chicken fillet, but chicken cut into small cubes turns out tastier, more tender and more aromatic - because each piece is soaked in spices on all sides. Transfer chicken to a plate and cool.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Grate on a coarse grater.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Wash and dry the grapes. Cut each grape in half and remove the seeds, if any. You can take grapes of any color.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Now prepare the ingredients for the dressing. The sour cream should be thick, not watery. Choose mayonnaise to your taste. You don’t have to mix it, but replace everything with sour cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Finely chop the peanuts with a knife or grind in a blender until medium crumbs. Peanuts are suitable raw or roasted.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and chopped nuts.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the ingredients on a dish in the shape of a hemisphere. First, place half of the chicken fillet and coat it with dressing.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Next, distribute half of the grated eggs and also pour mayonnaise and sour cream over them.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place half of the grated cheese in the next layer and brush it with dressing. Then repeat the layers again.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Spread the last layer of grated cheese over the entire surface with mayonnaise and sour cream.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Spread the last layer of grape halves. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours or longer.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped roasted peanuts. Bon appetit!

Among the options for salad with grapes, I know Tiffany's salad. Cool recipe for the holiday table. In general, I consider the combination of salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts to be the most successful.

I was interested in the unusual combination of products in the salad. I decided to make a salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts according to this recipe. I just didn’t put the nuts in for my own reasons. I chose blue sweet and sour grapes, took out the seeds and cut them into halves. Chicken fillet cut into cubes, marinated in curry and fried in oil until golden brown. I grated hard-boiled eggs and hard cheese (I took Dutch) on a coarse grater. I laid out the salad in layers, as in the recipe description, spreading it with mayonnaise. On my own, I added chopped lettuce white onions to the layer of chicken. I placed the layers in the form of a bunch of grapes on an oval dish. My salad sat in the refrigerator overnight. Having assembled the salad in layers, I decided to arrange it in the form of a bunch of grapes. I decorated the salad with grape halves and garnished with fresh parsley. The salad looked gorgeous and the taste was simply amazing. All ingredients complement each other perfectly. I especially liked the fried chicken curry. And eggs, cheese and grapes go unrealistically with fried chicken fillet. This salad will definitely decorate any holiday. The salad will delight not only the eye, but also the taste buds. Delicious. Great recipe. Many thanks to the author!

I really liked the salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts, it’s really delicious! And it looks impressive on the table and stands out among other dishes. Next time I'll try making it with red grapes. Thanks for the recipe.
