STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I took large eggs. If you are using small ones, take 5 pieces. You can replace the chicken with any other meat, sausage or ham. I use peanuts, you can use walnuts.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3

Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil the fillet or bake it in the oven in foil. You can also use smoked chicken instead of fresh chicken.
STEP 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the chicken and fry, stirring, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the chicken pieces. You can fry a whole chicken fillet, but chicken cut into small cubes turns out tastier, more tender and more aromatic - because each piece is soaked in spices on all sides. Transfer chicken to a plate and cool.
STEP 5

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 6

Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.
STEP 7

Wash and dry the grapes. Cut each grape in half and remove the seeds, if any. You can take grapes of any color.
STEP 8

Now prepare the ingredients for the dressing. The sour cream should be thick, not watery. Choose mayonnaise to your taste. You don’t have to mix it, but replace everything with sour cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt.

Finely chop the peanuts with a knife or grind in a blender until medium crumbs. Peanuts are suitable raw or roasted.
STEP 10

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and chopped nuts.
STEP 11

Place the ingredients on a dish in the shape of a hemisphere. First, place half of the chicken fillet and coat it with dressing.
STEP 12

Next, distribute half of the grated eggs and also pour mayonnaise and sour cream over them.
STEP 13

Place half of the grated cheese in the next layer and brush it with dressing. Then repeat the layers again.
STEP 14

Spread the last layer of grated cheese over the entire surface with mayonnaise and sour cream.
STEP 15

Spread the last layer of grape halves. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours or longer.
STEP 16

Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped roasted peanuts. Bon appetit!
