    How to make a salad with chicken, celery and apple? Prepare your food. Pre-boil or bake the chicken fillet and then cool completely. Green, sweet and sour varieties are best suited for apples. I used celery leaves as greens, and sour cream for dressing; it can be replaced with natural yogurt.

    How to boil chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the fillet in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then turn off the heat and leave the fillet until it cools completely - this way you will achieve maximum juiciness. How to bake chicken fillet? Salt the meat and coat with spices. Wrap the piece in foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 180°C. Disassemble the cooled fillet into fibers.

Salad with chicken, celery and apple - so delicious! Harmonious combination of ingredients, light, healthy. Just a find for breakfast or dinner.
