In addition to lunch, I made a salad with champignons and beans. Although this hearty salad can be served as an independent dish! I liked that there is no mayonnaise or sour cream used here; I wanted just such a combination of products without sauces. I took the beans in their own juice, but I always wash them with boiled water to remove any remaining brine. I have homemade pickled cucumbers, they are a little sweet and spicy. Onions, mushrooms and carrots were fried in vegetable oil and flavored with a mixture from the mill (sea salt, mustard, a mixture of peppers, paprika). I don’t recommend adding too much salt, because cucumbers and beans already contain salt. This is such a wonderful tasty salad.) Goes great with boiled potatoes! I would like to add that here you can experiment a little. For example, instead of fried carrots, take Korean marinated carrots. Or replace fried mushrooms with marinated ones.
