    How to make a salad with celery and apple? Prepare your food. For celery you only need the stalks. Take a green apple, sweet and sour variety. Granny Smith, Semerenko, and Golden varieties are well suited. I also added a mix of lettuce leaves, depending on your taste. Use natural yogurt for salad dressing, without any additives. It can be replaced with sour cream.

I made a salad with celery and apple. I didn’t have lettuce, but even without it the flavor bouquet was wonderful. My apple was sweet, so adding lemon juice was very helpful. Salad with celery and apple is a very tasty healthy and dietary salad, although I didn’t have carrots, but it’s still delicious. I also added some Italian herbs and honey. The salad turned out sweet and moderately spicy. Thanks for the idea.
