For lunch I decided to make a salad with canned red beans and chicken. I baked the chicken in the oven in foil, and after it had completely cooled, I cut it into small cubes. I poured boiling water over the onion, cut into half rings, so that there was no bitterness. Drained the corn and beans and mixed with the chicken, onion and chopped peppers. For the dressing I used oil, Dijon mustard, salt, vinegar and added a little honey to my taste to balance the spiciness. The salad came out tasty and very filling! The taste is fresh, juicy, and the perfect balance of spicy-sweet sauce complements it perfectly! Thanks to its elegance and colorfulness, it is suitable for both a festive table and an ordinary day.
