Salad with boiled beef, fresh cucumber and sesame seeds

The salad is simple, unusual and amazingly good! Unexpectedly, I really liked this salad. It is both satisfying (due to the large amount of meat) and at the same time incredibly fresh and light, thanks to cucumbers and herbs. And the gas station is just a bomb. I recommend.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Wash the beef pulp and boil in salted water until tender. Cut into thin strips about a centimeter wide.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and chop into thin half rings. Since the onion in the salad is fresh, if desired, you can pour boiling water over it (already chopped) and leave for five minutes so that the bitterness and strong pungency go away. Then discard in a colander, drain the water and the onion can be added to the salad.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the cucumbers and chop into strips. You can first peel the cucumbers. For winter long-fruited cucumbers this is very important, but for summer ones, I think it’s unnecessary.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add olive oil, wine vinegar and lemon juice to the gravy boat. It is better to squeeze the lemon juice through a strainer so that the pulp and seeds do not get into the sauce. Mix the sauce.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Sort the cilantro, remove the hard stems. Wash the greens and shake from the water. Finely chop.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place beef, cucumber and cilantro in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pour over the prepared sauce. Mix. Top the salad with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve immediately after preparation.

The most delicious salad with beef. I’m also sharing a recipe for meat salad with pancakes.
