  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a salad with beans, kirieshki and sausage? Prepare the following products: sausage (you can use any sausage: smoked, boiled, ham or frankfurters/spice), kirieshki - it’s more logical to take the one with the taste and aroma of bacon/ham/sausage - whichever you have at your disposal, or take the neutral taste of kirieshki . Add beans (more about them below), salted or pickled cucumbers, hard cheese, herbs and mayonnaise.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Another essential component of this salad is beans, I specially cooked them in advance; you can take canned beans from a jar, draining the liquid from them. Beans can be either white or colored.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

After selecting the products, we begin their immediate preparation for the salad composition. Cut the cucumbers and sausage into small cubes. Sometimes fresh cucumbers are used in this salad - whatever you like, in my opinion, to balance the taste, you still need to add sourness - after all, the salad is quite fatty, in order to muffle this fatness, acid is needed.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

The salad can be prepared in a common salad bowl or in portions. Most often it is made in a large salad bowl and served in portions; it is better to season with mayonnaise before serving. But some people like to let all the ingredients mixed with mayonnaise sit in the refrigerator for a while - the main thing is not to overdo it. Each product consists of active chemical elements that react with each other, and these are oxidative reactions.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add cheese grated with large petals to the salad; in this case I used Parmesan. This is a sharp, spicy cheese; if you take more neutral cheeses (for example, Russian, Smetankovy, etc.), you can increase their quantity.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The next step is to grate a little garlic into the salad - for aroma, literally a little bit, so that after eating the salad there is no pungent smell, hardly anyone will be happy with it. Garlic can be grated directly into mayonnaise or directly into salad, there is not much difference.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now season all the prepared ingredients with good mayonnaise, mix it, add herbs. When serving, add bright kirieshki (or your favorite croutons) on top.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

So our salad with kirieshka, sausage and beans is ready. It looks quite bright and attractive and is appropriate to serve on any holiday table. Just don’t forget that we already pour out the kirieshki (crackers) when the salad is on the table - so that they don’t get soft from the dressing and turn into porridge.

For clarity, you can watch a video recipe for a salad with beans, sausage and croutons. If you wish, you can use smoked sausage instead of boiled sausage and add pickled cucumbers.

For the holiday table I chose a recipe for a salad with kiriesh beans and sausage. This is a very tasty and filling salad! Due to its composition, it goes especially well with strong drinks. I had canned white beans. I always wash these beans with boiled water to wash off the brine. I took half-smoked sausage, the main thing is that it is tasty. Pickled cucumbers, you can feel the vinegar in them (sometimes you really want just that). Kirieshki with salami flavor, I think they harmonize perfectly with the rest of the ingredients. I have Dutch cheese, I grated it into slices. And I cut the sausage and cucumbers into cubes. I did not add salt to the salad, since all the products used are already quite salty. We really liked the salad! It's spicy, tangy, aromatic! It went great with boiled potatoes for me).
