Salad with baked salmon

STEP 1
Ingredients. First, let's bake the fish. To do this, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, lightly sprinkle with olive oil and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the fish, be careful not to dry it out). You can also steam the fish or fry it in a pan.
STEP 2
Let's prepare the dressing. To do this, toast the sesame seeds. Place the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and fry over medium heat until the color changes slightly. Immediately remove the finished sesame seeds from the hot frying pan.
STEP 3
For the dressing, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame seeds and freshly ground pepper. Mix. The gas station is ready. (Be sure to taste the dressing before dressing the salad; you may want to add more lemon juice or soy sauce)
STEP 4
Season the washed and dried lettuce leaves with half the dressing (we leave part of the dressing, we will season the finished salad with it at the very end)
STEP 5
We cut the cherry into quarters or halves (depending on the size), cut the cucumber into strips.
STEP 6
Place lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes and cucumber on a plate.
STEP 7
Place the baked fish (chopped into random pieces) on top and pour over the remaining dressing. The salad is ready to serve. Bon appetit!
