Wash, peel and chop all vegetables as desired. Dice tomatoes and peppers, onion in half rings, grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add onion and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add carrots, stir, simmer for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

The next thing to use is pre-washed rice, also mix and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add bell pepper, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add salt and sugar, mix and leave to simmer for 20-30 minutes, depending on the readiness of the rice. My rice was ready in 20 minutes, but you can try it yourself. At the end of cooking, add vinegar and stir.
STEP 9
Place the salad in pre-sterilized jars and cover with boiled lids.
STEP 10
Turn the jars upside down and leave until completely cool.
STEP 11
