I liked the winter salad tomatoes carrots peppers onions for its set of ingredients, it should be juicy and tasty. I decided to make a batch using this recipe. I peeled and cut all the vegetables as described in the recipe. For cooking I took a deep frying pan. I only added the spices to the recipe. I stewed the vegetables for about 35 minutes. I tried it, it was very tasty, the vegetables were soft, but not boiled. At the end I poured vinegar and put it in jars. It turned out to be 3 half liter jars, but not tightly packed. Sterilized the salad in a pan of boiling water for 15 minutes. Roll it up and you're done! Great recipe! The salad turned out not only tasty, but also beautiful) Many thanks to the author!
