STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2
Fry onions and mushrooms in a frying pan. Place in a deep plate.
STEP 3
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into pieces. Place on a plate with mushrooms and onions.
STEP 4
Boil the potatoes, cool, cut into pieces and place on a plate.
STEP 5
Next we send the chopped cucumber.
STEP 6
Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the yolks and add to the salad. Grind the egg whites and reserve them for decoration.
STEP 7
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 8
Place the salad on a serving plate, shape it into a pig, and sprinkle grated egg whites on top. We cut out ears, a tail and a snout from the sausage, and we make eyes from olives. Decorate with greenery if desired.

My version is a lot of sausage pigs and for brightness I added a “trough” with beets in the middle. Delicious salad and interesting presentation. Thanks for the idea - the kids especially liked it.
