I had store-bought crackers that were spicy and tasted like hunting sausages, so I decided to dress the salad with sour cream rather than mayonnaise. Moreover, the salad also contains garlic) It turned out to be a tasty, spicy and aromatic salad. My husband said that it is better to boil or fry the carrots. But it seems to me that you can simply grate carrots on a medium grater and they will become much softer without boiling. But this is what you like) In any case, the combination of products is good, the salad turns out nourishing and tasty!

I prepared a salad of boiled red beans and carrots according to your recipe. I soaked the beans overnight, boiled them in the morning, it took 35 minutes. I grated the carrots on a coarse grater. I made the croutons myself from old white bread. From the spices I added black and red ground pepper. Added 3 medium-sized cloves of garlic. It turned out to be a very tasty and filling, spicy salad!
