STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. Boil a piece of beef in salted water until tender. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets in their skins, remove the skins, and grate them separately on a coarse grater. Peel the apple, grate it, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening. Cut a piece of beef into small cubes, mix with grated apple, and place in the first layer in a bowl. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
STEP 2

Then a layer of grated potatoes and very finely chopped pickled cucumber. Grease with mayonnaise again. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions; it is better to use a sweet variety of onions.
STEP 3

Next, grate the beets.
STEP 4

On top is a cap of grated carrots. You can use Korean carrots, the salad will have a sharper and more piquant taste. If time permits, you can prepare Korean carrots yourself in advance.
STEP 5

Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.
STEP 6

Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Decorate with a pickled cucumber rose and a slice of pickled bell pepper. Everything is ready. Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Bon appetit!
