    Cut off the stems of the tomatoes and cut into medium pieces. I took three small tomatoes, take a couple of large ones. You can also prepare a salad with cherry tomatoes, put 12 of them, cut into halves.

    Cut off the ends of the cucumbers, then cut into circles if they are small, or into half circles if the cucumbers are large. Be sure to try to see if they are bitter - such cucumbers will spoil the taste of the salad.

    How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into large cubes.

    If you have canned corn, place it in a sieve to remove excess liquid. If it’s boiled, like mine, then cut off the grains with a knife. Young and soft corn can be cut into circles along with the core.

    Place sour cream in a salad bowl and gently mix the salad. Serve it immediately - salads made from fresh vegetables do not last long, as they release juice.

I liked the interesting combination of vegetables, eggs and corn. I prepared a cucumber, tomato, and corn salad using this recipe. Very easy to prepare. I had corn both canned and frozen in grains. After reading the author’s note below, I decided to make a salad with boiled corn. Boil frozen corn kernels in salted water until fully cooked. I cut a cucumber without skin, tomatoes and eggs. For spices, like the author, I added salt and pepper. Dressed the salad with sour cream. Amazingly tasty, original and easy! Crispy vegetables with corn kernels are interesting, eggs add richness to the dish, and sour cream makes it light) I advise everyone to try it! Excellent recipe! Thanks to the author!
