STEP 1
Ingredients.

Combine warm kefir with vegetable oil, salt and honey.
STEP 3
Add slaked soda and sifted rye flour. Leave some of the flour for kneading the dough.
STEP 4
Knead a soft, non-stick dough.
STEP 5
Roll out the dough into a sausage and cut into 5 pieces.
STEP 6
We form each part into a small cake about 1 cm thick.
STEP 7
Place the flatbreads on a greased baking sheet and prick with a fork.
STEP 8
We bake rye flatbreads in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. oven for 15 minutes.
