Royal steamed fish in a slow cooker
A very tasty and simple slow cooker recipe! If suddenly guests come to your place unexpectedly, and there is nothing at the table, it doesn’t matter! 20 minutes and the delicious fish is ready! It doesn’t matter what kind of fish you have! I’ve already tried different fish, and believe me, any dish turns out delicious!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Pour 2 measuring cups of water into the multicooker pan, place the bowl on the bottom of the container and place the fish. The fish can be cut into portions immediately, so as not to break the finished dish later.
STEP 2
Prepare the vegetables and cut them into rings.
STEP 3

If you cook with sour cream and garlic sauce, you will need to coat the fish with it, and only then put the vegetables on top.
STEP 4
Place vegetables on top of fish (or sauce).
STEP 5

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the vegetables and close the lid of the microwave, set the steamer mode to “vegetables” for 15 minutes. The dish is ready! Serve!

I liked the recipe, the fish turned out tender and juicy, goes well with all vegetables. You can add a little dried rosemary and green basil; these herbs will make the taste richer and more interesting. In general, the dish is very light, and if you remove the garlic, it can be said to be dietary, so it is good to cook in the summer, and besides, there are plenty of vegetables. And you can decorate with any greenery you like!

The recipe is very interesting, it should be delicious. I don’t have a “Vegetables” mode in my multicooker, can you tell me what I can replace it with? Maybe "Baking" or "Stewing"?
