Rolled oatmeal pancakes are an excellent breakfast option for those who lead a healthy lifestyle or really love oatmeal. To be honest, I am neither one of the first nor the second. I just wanted to cook something new that I don't usually cook. I prepared pancakes for six servings at once. This required 120 grams of cereal, three tablespoons of semolina (I replaced it with corn grits), three eggs. I added one tablespoon of sugar myself. Pour 240 ml of hot water into the oatmeal and leave for five minutes. After this time, I added the remaining ingredients to the oatmeal. The dough turned out to be liquid, but the future pancakes in the pan did not spread, did not burn, and turned over very well. I fried the pancakes for one and a half to two minutes on each side over low heat. I got 15 medium sized pieces. The pancakes taste pleasant, with a distinct oat taste. I liked them better cold than hot. My husband said that oatmeal in porridge form is much better than in pancake form. The children liked the pancakes and enjoyed having them for breakfast. I served pancakes with sour cream and jam. I think these pancakes are ideal for a healthy breakfast. Thanks for the recipe!
