STEP 1
How to make tempura rolls at home? Prepare all the ingredients specified in the recipe. For the filling, take lightly salted salmon, salmon or pink salmon. Avocado goes very well with all foods, so if possible, use it too.

Pour rice vinegar into a small deep container, add sugar and mix everything thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Lay out a mat on a flat surface to form rolls. Place a sheet of nori on top, smooth surface down.

Spread the boiled rice in an even, not very thick layer, not reaching one edge of the nori by 2 centimeters.

Place cream cheese, pieces of red fish and cucumber, pre-cut into thin strips, on top of the rice. Brush nori where there is no rice with cold water with your fingers.
STEP 7
Carefully begin to roll the rug from the bottom up, as in the photo.
STEP 8
Form a roll, try to make it as tight as possible.
STEP 9
Beat the egg with a whisk or fork until smooth. Pour it onto a flat plate. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
STEP 10
Cut the roll in half, this will make it easier to fry it later. First roll the roll in the egg mixture.
STEP 11
Then in breadcrumbs.
STEP 12
Heat vegetable oil in a high-rimmed frying pan. Send the rolls to fry. Cook, turning, until golden brown on all sides.
STEP 13
While the rolls are still hot, cut them into portions and serve immediately.
