Thanks to the breading, the rolls turned out to have a golden and crispy crust. It turned out incredibly tasty and satisfying! I did not salt the rice, as soy sauce adds its own sourness. There was no cream cheese, so we replaced it with thick mayonnaise. I also added cucumber.
