Roasted rabbit with potatoes and herbs
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance.
STEP 2

Rinse the rabbit carcass well and cut into large pieces. It is advisable to take the thighs and places where there is more muscle meat.
STEP 3

Take a pan, put all the meat in it, add water, add salt to taste and cook until the meat is cooked.
STEP 4

Peel and finely chop a few cloves of garlic.
STEP 5

Wash and dry the dill on a paper towel and chop into small pieces with a knife.
STEP 6

In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the garlic and dill, lightly squeezing the mixture with a spoon.
STEP 7

Boil in salted water and fry the potatoes until golden brown in vegetable oil.
STEP 8

When the rabbit meat is boiled, lightly fry each piece in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
STEP 9

Place the finished meat and hot potatoes on a dish, sprinkle with dill and garlic. You can add finely chopped onion. Bon appetit!
