STEP 1
How to make roast pork with potatoes in the oven? Prepare your food. You can use any pork, but a piece with a small amount of fat is best. If the meat was previously frozen, place it in the refrigerator to defrost or defrost in the microwave. Wash and dry the vegetables.
STEP 2
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Rinse the meat, dry it and cut into medium cubes. Place the pieces of meat in a bowl, salt and pepper them, and stir. You can also use your favorite spices and seasonings. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the pork pieces in it. Pour in some water.
STEP 3
Place the dish with the meat in the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes. The pork should be almost done.
STEP 4
Remove the meat from the oven, do not turn it off yet. Add mustard to the meat and mix thoroughly. You can use any mustard you like.
STEP 5
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. I prefer cutting it this way, but you can cut it into slices, medium cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Place the carrots in the pan with the baked meat.
STEP 6
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add onions to pork and carrots.
STEP 7
Cut the tomato into large cubes. You can first remove the skin from it. Add the tomato to other foods.
STEP 8
Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Add it to the dish with meat and vegetables. Salt and pepper the vegetables on top.
STEP 9
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into slices, cubes or large cubes. Place the potatoes on top of the vegetables until they are completely covered. Also add a little salt and pepper to the potatoes.
STEP 10
Place everything back into the hot oven and bake on medium rack for 40-50 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
STEP 11
Remove the pan with the roast from the oven, stir and place on plates.
STEP 12
Serve to the table. Bon appetit!
