Today I cooked roast in a cauldron with potatoes for dinner. This is a very tasty, juicy and satisfying dish! And it’s a pleasure to cook! I also got a big cauldron, in which everything turns out much tastier). I made the roast from pork, onions, carrots and garlic. I fried everything until golden brown and the aroma was amazing! My pepper is red, juicy, with thick walls. I cut it into large pieces. From the spices I took paprika, black pepper and vegetable seasoning. A laurel leaf completed the bouquet of aromas. I simmered everything together for about 40 minutes. At first it seemed that there was not enough liquid, but the tomatoes gave juice and there was quite a lot of broth. Great roast! I recommend!

A two-in-one dish - vegetables and tender, juicy meat. Roast in a cauldron with potatoes - a delicious, aromatic dish with vegetables and herbs in a thick sauce. This is the most delicious roast I've ever tasted! Thanks for the recipe!
